What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer cancellation insurance and strongly advise you to take out the appropriate insurance. All cancellations must be confirmed by email or letter.
If you cancel before your holiday starts you will receive a refund according to the following scale
Cancellation 0 – 14 days before arrival – no refund
Cancellation 15 – 28 days before arrival – 25% refund
Cancellation 29 – 56 days before arrival – 50% refund
Cancellation 57 days or more before arrival – full refund
How much is the deposit, and when do I pay the remaining balance?
The non-refundable deposit to secure your hired accommodation is £100 per week. Full balance is due 28 days before arrival. If you are arriving within the 28 days, you pay in full when you book.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, we’ll do what we can to ensure we can make any amendments you would like, if we have accommodation available. Please ring us on 01557 870 267
I need to cancel, what do I do?
Please ring us and confirm your cancellation by email or letter. Please remember you will lose your deposit. We urge you to take out holiday insurance just in case.
How can I pay for my holiday?
You can pay online, by debit card over the phone and by cash over the counter.
We accept debit or credit card payments.
